My architectural focus is on Resilient and Disaster-Resistant Design, specifically focused on anti-earthquake and anti-flood structures. I specialize in integrating mechanical physics and spatial geometry into architectural forms, such as my award-winning 'Anti-Earthquake Tree House'. My work also explores the social and physical capacities of settlements in flood-prone desert regions, aiming to create sustainable, self-sufficient housing that coexists with natural environments."

UPSTRUCTURE je architektonický ateliér založený v roce 2021 Pavlem Pasekou, Martinem Žatečkou, Františkem Bosákem a Jolanou Bosák Macháčkovou po jejich dlouhodobé spolupráci. Navazujeme na mnohaleté zkušenosti z vlastní praxe i z působení v předních českých ateliérech. Náš patnáctičlenný interdisciplinární tým architektů, inženýrů a datových specialistů sídlí v pražských Holešovicích a pracuje na projektech různých měřítek i typologií. Naším cílem je navrhovat smysluplné stavby, veřejná prostranství i rozsáhlé urbanistické celky s respektem ke kontextu, měřítku a udržitelnosti.

Architectural Designer and Artist with a demonstrated history of working in the freelancing industry. Skilled in Sketchup, Sketching, Graphic Design, Architectural Design, and Rendering. Strong arts and design aesthetics and a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the University of the Punjab, Lahore Pakistan.

I specialise in the research and development of collective housing models. Through my academic work and doctoral research, I focus on how urban residential architectures can adapt to modern societal needs. I value projects that demonstrate a deep understanding of spatial organization, structural logic, and community-centric design.
