Project idea

The elements that highlighted the project were the two volumes, that is, two blocks that could be connected, one should work horizontally and the other vertically, it was necessary to play with the two volumes. As the idea arose, a set of composition of volumes was created, as addition, subtraction, walls that intercept the horizontal volume, so with these ideas of the Ching book was the main way to find the solution of the idea. And through this set of volumes was created the idea of projecting this natural house, the facades that receive greater incidence of natural light.

Project description

The residence area is 110.40 m². Ground floor we have 1 - Living room 2 - Space for Dining 3 - Kitchen. 4- A Suite and a guest toilet 6 - Outdoor leisure area. Top floor 1 - Standard room 2 - Standard room 3 - WC 4 - Terrace
