This high rise target on millennials, and office workers in the area, as the population in the area, are mostly workers and students. It also targets on an international and big company, because the site is located in such a strategic area, an area that is high in mobility and is easily accessible by any transportation and in fact there is 2 main public transport station right in front the site. There are some parts of Jakarta which is filled by an expatriate, and turns this site is one of them. Mostly the expatriates on-site are Japanese.
