You’ve developed a very engaging and visually strong project. The idea of creating separate reading rooms by literary genre is interesting and immediately understandable. Each space has its own identity, and you’ve done a good job translating these themes into colour, form, and atmosphere. Your visualisations are strong, and they clearly communicate mood and interior experience. The variation between spaces also shows good creativity and exploration. However, the concept currently feels a bit literal. The design relies heavily on direct references, which makes the spaces visually interesting but slightly predictable. Overall, you have done a creative, visually strong project with good potential. To reach a higher level, focus on deepening your concept and creating a more cohesive and thoughtful spatial narrative!
Think about what each genre represents in terms of emotion, behaviour, or spatial experience, not just aesthetics. For example, instead of “fantasy = green + organic forms,” consider how fantasy could influence movement, perception, or spatial ambiguity. While each room is strong on its own, they feel quite separate from one another. It would be good to develop a stronger, overarching idea that connects all the spaces, beyond just the theme of “genres.” The transition spaces and corridors are a good opportunity to unify the experience.
