MODULAR HOUSING

Project idea

A modular housing system is proposed as a response to the housing deficit, for which we thought of a construction method that allows, above all, flexibility (giving the building the character of life itself) and for the building to be customizable. The system grants great possibilities. We think that modular housing is a solution to the current situation of massive construction, at high costs and long periods of waiting time for building.

Project description

The building is ordered based on a regular structure, which contains a sequence of patios, which ventilate, illuminate and alleviate the solid block. They in turn serve as an overow for the cellular housing units that are mounted on said structure.

Technical information

They are prototypes of modular homes, which accommodate different implantation situations and functional requirements. The system has a supporting skeleton, a crane and the housing modules.
