The Sunset Resort proposal presents a clear vision for year round tourism that celebrates the natural beauty and cultural richness of Zadar. The circular master layout creates a strong visual identity, while the sectional drawings and elevations show a well resolved spatial program. The emphasis on using local materials is commendable and aligns with sustainable development goals.
For improvement, exploring more public realm strategies and enhancing spatial transitions between interior and landscape could deepen the visitor experience. Overall, a solid design foundation with promising architectural potential, well done!
