Project idea

The concept itself is followed by the motive of the flow of water from the mountains finding its way to the sea. The stream of water is used as a privacy matrix. They are actually interior courts obtained from a network that negotiates the utilitarian matrix, the parallel matrix of isohypses, which created the pathways and approaches. And by using the water flow sistem, acrtually the parameters, the privacy matrx was obtained, the formed bountaries regarding the isohypses, whose pockets from the internal structure.

Project description

The project solution is primarily urbanistic. zones are clearly divided, private, public and commercial. The port was designed in such a way that it follows the urban concept of water flowing from the mountain into the sea.

Technical information

The materials provided in the project are materials characteristic of the location and the context itself. The facades are a combination of stone from the site and a clean facade with wooden panels, giving the context itself.
