Project idea

The project, 'Ferozah,' is a luxury Egyptian jewelry boutique inspired by the timeless elegance of the turquoise gemstone. Located in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital, the design aims to create an elite commercial environment for high-end clients. It blends authentic local identity with modern luxury, establishing a prestigious branding experience.

Project description

The boutique spans a Ground Floor and a Mezzanine level, optimized for secure, premium retail. The ground floor features a grand reception, bespoke jewelry display units, waiting lounges, and secure VIP safe rooms. The mezzanine level expands into private administrative offices, work spaces, and executive meeting rooms, all connected via a fluid circulation path

Technical information

The interior employs a luxurious deep blue and gold material palette, complemented by reflective polished flooring and intricate geometric ceiling grids. The spatial structure incorporates a grand double-height atrium highlighted by suspended, vertical lighting installations that double as focal art pieces. Private zones are secured with reinforced safe-room construction, while custom upholstered wall panels and bespoke display units define the premium aesthetic.
