Project idea

The plan of the project is based on a composition of intersecting circles with radial lines extending from a central point. This geometry creates a strong sense of movement and visual focus while organizing the space in a clear and balanced way. The circles represent continuity and fluid flow, while the radial lines guide circulation and seamlessly connect the different functional retail areas, forming a unified and dynamic spatial layout for the luxury store.

Project description

The project consists of a well-structured two-floor retail space designed for "WOROOD" brand. The ground floor is dedicated to the main sales, premium displays, a cashier area, fitting rooms, and storage. The upper floor is thoughtfully zoned for administrative offices and a meeting room. The interior circulation is designed to ensure a smooth, unobstructed flow for visitors moving between the entrance, display areas, and customer service zones, enhancing the overall experiential retail journey.

Technical information

The building features a solid reinforced concrete structure consisting of columns, beams, and slabs, where the spatial layout carefully considers all structural elements without affecting circulation or display spaces. The material palette and mood board incorporate warm earth tones, concrete-textured surfaces, and refined finishes. Architectural elements include custom-designed linear lighting, polished metallic structures, and a prominent curved staircase with wavy translucent textured glass that adds depth and sophistication to the double-height space.
