A boutique hotel interior design embracing a Classic Modern Style that blends historical elegance with contemporary simplicity, creating a feeling of quiet luxury and harmony with the surrounding landscape of El Montazah, Alexandria.

Project description

The design concept uses soft, calming colors such as Powder Blue and Off-White to create a refined and serene atmosphere, complemented by Antique Gold Accents that highlight a sense of luxury. The interior composition maintains a visual balance between heritage and modernity. The hotel includes restaurant areas, a cafe area, lounge area, VIP area, reception, and landscape spaces. Selected materials and finishes include natural light-toned wooden parquet flooring, wooden or gypsum wall panels with subtle decorative moldings, classic-style furniture in pastel hues with soft velvet upholstery, crystal chandeliers with golden details to enhance depth and brightness, and accessories such as gilded mirrors, ceramic vases, and simple art pieces in matching tones.

Technical information

First floor plan and second floor plan at Scale 1:100. Section A-A at Scale 1:50. The plans show circular and curved spatial arrangements with kitchen areas, main entrance, and various dining/seating zones. Zoning diagrams indicate VIP area separation. Materials include wooden parquet, gypsum panels, velvet upholstery, and crystal with golden details.
