PUESTA DE SOL
La propuesta del Sunset Resort presenta una visión clara para el turismo durante todo el año que celebra la belleza natural y la riqueza cultural de Zadar. El diseño maestro circular crea una identidad visual fuerte, mientras que los dibujos seccionales y las elevaciones muestran un programa espacial bien resuelto. El énfasis en el uso de materiales locales es loable y se alinea con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible.
Para mejorar, explorar más estrategias de espacio público y mejorar las transiciones espaciales entre el interior y el paisaje podrían profundizar la experiencia del visitante. En general, una base de diseño sólida con un potencial arquitectónico prometedor, ¡bien hecho!
