El estudiante hace una disposición interesante, pero falta un razonamiento de por qué los bloques de tres plantas han tomado la mejor vista de la playa. ¿Por qué no las villas privadas u otras? Las estructuras más caras deberían tener las mejores vistas y en este caso de la playa y el mar.
