Důležité body návrhu jsou dostatek zeleni, obslužnost, pracovní místa, vybavenost, místo pro setkávání, pohodu, Relax, volný čas. Koncept polyfunkčního objektu s dvěma věžemi kruhového půdorysu spojuje moderní architekturu s funkčností a pohodlím pro uživatele. Jednotlivé kombinace provozů poskytuje komplexní řešení, které podporuje produktivitu, zdraví a pohodu. Podzemní podlaží efektivně zajišťují technické a logistické potřeby budovy, což přispívá k jejímu hladkému provozu. Celkově tento návrh vytváří harmonické a inspirativní pracovní prostředí. // The important points of the proposal are plenty of greenery, service, jobs, amenities, meeting place, well-being, Relaxation, free time. The concept of a multifunctional building with two towers of a circular floor plan combines modern architecture with functionality and comfort for users. Individual combinations of operations provide a comprehensive solution that supports productivity, health and well-being. The underground floor efficiently provides the technical and logistical needs of the building, which contributes to its smooth operation. Overall, this design creates a harmonious and inspiring work environment.

Project description

Budova má 3 podzemní podlaží sloužící především pro parking, technické zázemí a zásobování. Další dvě nadzemní podlaží slouží pro služby a komerci jakožto obchodní plochy. Třetí podlaží je velmi specifické a týka se posilovny a prostoru pro dětské skupinky s možností využití střešních teras a od 4 nadzemního podlaží se nachází administrace. \v projektu můžeme i zahlednout využití střešních teras pro účel benefitů pro zaměstnance administrativy. // The building has 3 underground floors used mainly for parking, technical facilities and supplies. The other two above-ground floors are used for services and commerce as business areas. The third floor is very specific and concerns the gym and space for children's groups with the possibility of using roof terraces, and from the 4th floor above there is the administration. In the project, we can also see the use of roof terraces for the purpose of benefits for administrative employees.

Technical information

Radiální konstrukční systém. Kontrakční systém objektu je skeletový se ztužujícím jádrem doplněn o vylehčené stropní desky. V podzemních a nižších nadzemních podlažích si můžetě povšimnout řešení sloupů jakožto obdélníkových, které mají kratší hrany oblé. Tento specifický tvar sloupů byl navržen s ohledem na lepší manipulaci v suterénu, což usnadňuje logistiku a umístění zařízení, a zároveň poskytuje potřebnou plochu při návrhu dalších podlaží. Od 6. nadzemního podlaží se kvůli snížení zatížení mění tvar a průřez sloupů. Tyto sloupy jsou od této úrovně kruhového tvaru s průměrem 500 mm. Tento přechod na kruhový průřez nejen snižuje množství použitého materiálu díky menšímu zatížení, ale také zjednodušuje konstrukci a může zlepšit estetický vzhled vnitřních prostor. Fasáda je tvořena kombinací izolačního trojskla, sloupků a příčlí, což zajišťuje pevnost a stabilitu konstrukce, zároveň však umožňuje maximální prosvětlení interiérů. Přehřívání vnitřních prostorů je řešeno pomocí zabudovaných vnějších žaluziíí systému Aluprof MB-SR50N ZS. Spodní část objektů je opláštěna fasádními hliníkovými lamelami Alucobond s povrchovou úpravou. Tyto lamely dodávají budově moderní a elegantní vzhled, přičemž jsou odolné vůči povětrnostním vlivům a snadno se udržují. // Radial construction system. The object's contraction system is skeletal with a stiffening core supplemented by lightened ceiling boards. In the underground and lower above-ground floors, you can notice the solution of columns as rectangular ones, which have shorter rounded edges. This specific shape of the columns was designed for better handling in the basement, which facilitates the logistics and placement of the equipment, while providing the necessary area for the design of additional floors. From the 6th above-ground floor, the shape and cross-section of the columns changes to reduce the load. These columns are circular in shape with a diameter of 500 mm from this level. This transition to a circular cross-section not only reduces the amount of material used due to less load, but also simplifies the construction and can improve the aesthetic appearance of the interior spaces. The facade is made up of a combination of insulating triple glazing, posts and crossbars, which ensures the strength and stability of the structure, but at the same time allows maximum illumination of the interiors. Overheating of internal spaces is solved using built-in external blinds of the Aluprof MB-SR50N ZS system. The lower part of the buildings is clad with Alucobond facade aluminum slats with surface treatment. These slats give the building a modern and elegant look, while being weather resistant and easy to maintain.
