Como jurado, leo este proyecto en primer lugar como un intento de convertir el sitio mismo en un dispositivo cultural. La forma en que la masa principal se hunde en el terreno y se extiende a lo largo de las dunas ayuda a reducir la escala y evita que el complejo se sienta como un objeto extraño en la costa. La torre, la franja de museo y las plataformas culturales juntas crean una silueta fuerte y una figura reconocible para la ciudad. Al mismo tiempo, siento que el proyecto aún se encuentra en algún lugar entre paisaje y edificio. En algunos lugares la superficie continua funciona bien, pero en otros comienza a difuminar cómo se organizan las diferentes partes del programa y cómo se supone que un visitante debe moverse a través de ellas. La relación entre la ruta del museo narrativo, el centro creativo y las zonas de teatro podría definirse con más claridad en planta y secciones, no solo en la forma general. Estructuralmente, la propuesta es muy ambiciosa. Los grandes vanos, las cáscaras de doble curvatura y el elemento vertical de la torre necesitan una idea estructural más clara detrás de ellos – qué sostiene qué, dónde van las cargas, cómo podrían construirse estas formas de manera realista. En un proyecto de este tamaño, la lógica constructiva es parte de la arquitectura, no solo una consideración técnica posterior. Dado el clima, también esperaría una capa más fuerte de pensamiento ambiental. La forma en que el edificio sigue el terreno ya ayuda con el sombreado y la protección, pero estrategias más precisas para el control solar, la ventilación natural y la comodidad exterior harían que el complejo se sintiera más arraigado en su contexto, no solo formalmente sino también en el uso.
Mi consejo es aclarar la forma en que se organizan las diferentes partes del programa dentro de la forma continua, especialmente la conexión entre el museo narrativo, el centro creativo y las áreas de teatro, de modo que la ruta del visitante sea más intuitiva. También te animo a que definas un concepto estructural claro para los grandes vanos y cáscaras, y que lleves más lejos los aspectos receptivos al clima, con estrategias de sombreado y ventilación más precisas que respondan directamente a las condiciones locales.

The tower sweeps up to the sky, shining its light across both the lake and sea. Standing as a beacon of hope and inspiration for all those who call this great city home. Also adapting the creation of a new form of flexible theatres that pays homage to the old beacon and highlights its historical significance while being blended with the site. The project features a narrating museum that revives the history of the place that blends into a beacon that holds an exhibition floor, restaurants, café, observation deck and the beacon light bulb which lights both the sea and the lake which are on opposite sides. Also adapting the creation of a new form of flexible theatres that pays homage to the old beacon and highlights its historical significance while being blended with the site. The project features a creative hub offering a range of workshops in art, technology, media, and sciences to entertain the regular influx of visitors to the city. This hub serves as a platform for creative expression and innovation, promoting engagement and learning in these fields.
Technical information
The mega structure is made of several construction methods as each form needs a unique construction method. the narrating museum is made of steel columns and space truss, the theatre is made of shell- like structure which is a space truss resting on concrete foundation, the creative hub is made from post-tension slabs with steel columns and a space truss room
