Project idea

This project's core concept is to foster social harmony between two distinct economic groups: the underprivileged and the middle class. By doing so, we aim to bridge the economic divide within a community while promoting a sense of unity despite their financial differences.

Project description

This project involves the development of an apartment complex designed to accommodate 550 families. The complex will feature a range of amenities, including dedicated parking areas, a sports center, a children's playground, spaces for community engagement, a seating area, and a park.

Technical information

The apartment complex will consist of 14 buildings, each accommodating approximately 40 families or units. Each building will have a dedicated parking area located in the basement. The arrangement of the buildings will foster a harmonious neighborhood atmosphere. A single road will traverse the complex, with a central park specifically designed for the community's enjoyment. Additionally, a walking path lined with greenery will be incorporated for residents' leisure.
