It will be accessible to all users and equipped with advanced safety systems.

Project description

This project involves constructing a multistory parking garage to ease urban congestion. It will feature a thematic area on clean water and sanitation with interactive displays and educational exhibits. The garage will be fully accessible, and have advanced safety systems. Community events and workshops on water conservation will be hosted in the thematic area.

Technical information

The building is constructed from reinforced concrete for durability and strength. Key materials include solid concrete slabs, recycled rubber granule paving, composite tiles made from marble, granite, or glass chips in a cementitious or epoxy base, and rapid-curing polyurea-based joint filler. Additionally, epoxy coatings, cementitious fireproofing mortars, glass panels, and fiber cement panels are used for their respective benefits in strength, fire resistance, aesthetics, and structural support.
