The idea of the project is to promote the international fair of sfax by creating a new extension with a business hotel which overlooks the main axis of the Habib Bourguiba road. Indeed, the project plays a welcoming role for the city of sfax, given that its strategic location with a visual continuity of habib bourguba axis with a particular shape that symbolizes the dome by creating a continuity of line with the old fair of sfax through slanted curved lines. In addition, It is a meeting place that brings together several functions such as exhibition spaces, catering, cafes, auditorium .....
Coming to the building, the spaces on the ground floor are dedicated to exhibitions. Indeed, the first floor is made up of a part is dedicated to exhibitions and the other for restaurants. In addition, the second floor enjoys a panoramic view of the city of sfax a meeting space for the inhabitants of sfax arranged by greenery which overlooks the ground floor. This level has restaurants, cafes.

Moreover, other ideas which are connected to the main one are also well-thought-of and support it too. It would be also a good point to show the power of the idea using some expressing drawings beside the provided text to a better understanding of the project and in order to strengthen it.
The scale of the project and its main message comply with the main idea and they do not conflict with each other which is good. In addition, it is interesting that you have a keen eye for the details of the project. Another important point, the distribution of the functions is well-studied and rational. However, a recommended point would be to recheck the relationship between the exterior and interior parts of the project and their impact on the used elements in order to have a more coherent image.
