Challenge
There are many tourist resorts currently, but there are not many places that arouse the curiosity of visitors of all ages and affect them, and it is a holiday resort throughout the year, not only in the summer.
Our Mission
We design and build a sustainable resort that combines local materials with luxury. It should be exciting for people and bring together the community and visitors of all ages throughout the year and affect them and make them want to visit again
This proposal presents a well-rounded and thoughtful approach to sustainable resort design with a strong narrative inspired by the concept of renewal and rebirth. The integration of local materials, year round usability and wellness-focused spaces like the parametric healing domes demonstrates a deep consideration for both environmental and user needs. The spatial organization is clear and the connection between built form and landscape is effectively articulated. To further enhance the project, additional development of passive design strategies and more detail on the experiential quality of interior spaces would elevate its architectural depth. Overall, a promising and sensitive proposal with strong conceptual grounding, well done!
