Project for a multi-family residential complex located in Mooca, with overlapping houses with four designs, two of them with an area of 90m2 with two bedrooms, and the other two with an area of 120m2 with three bedrooms.
The project took into account two factors, where each house is accessed through walkways, giving privacy at the entrance of each one of them.
Each schematic design has a terrace, on the first floor it is accessed through the living room, on the second floor it is accessed by a staircase, which takes you to the second floor. The ground floor consists of the active facade, a plaza and the parking lot for residents.
This project has many advantages:

_The apartments vary in size, number of bedrooms, and interior design.
_ There is Privacy for each apartment through the corridors.
_ Gathering around a private garden for the house, which allows creating a social atmosphere among the residents and offering a space for children’s games within a green square, and raises the environmental features of the project .
But this assembly made the houses differ in terms of direction and view
