The functional program, including office spaces, showrooms, a gym, swimming pool, and exhibition areas, aligns with the contemporary demand for multifunctional workspaces that foster community and well-being. The project integrates a robust environmental approach, notably with the use of sun protection panels on the roof to increase energy efficiency. The inclusion of external ramps for access adds a layer of inclusivity to the design, further enhancing its accessibility. However, the architectural expression could benefit from more refinement in the facade treatment and overall massing to give the building a clearer identity within the urban fabric. Additionally, further exploration of the user experience, particularly in terms of circulation and spatial cohesion, would improve the overall livability and functionality of the complex.
