- ce projet respecte son contexte,
-Bonne intégration avec agencement des espaces,
-La gestion de l'espace est pas mal du tout,
-Ce qui manque dans ce projet c'est d'améliorer la qualité graphique des rendus,
-Surtout il faut ordonnée ces idées dans la présentation des planches,
-Il faut travailler encore la luminosité cela va être parfait,
-Ajouter plus de détails techniques pour expliquer tes idées surtout sur la technique de mise en œuvre de ces éléments de structure,
-Il faut une fiche technique et une note de calcul,
-Comment comptez-vous dimensionnée ces éléments de structures?
Mon conseil est d'aller au delà de tes limites.
Tes qualités de rendus 3D sont exceptionnelles mais cela ne manque pas de l'améliorer.
Il faut travailler beaucoup plus le côté détails techniques et d'assemblage selon les normes de construction.
N'oubliez surtout pas d'insérer les indications de sécurité incendie (BAES, Instincteur etc).
Respecter les normes de ERP(Établissement Recevant du Public).
