The leading idea was the creation of a co-working space that harmoniously connects with nature and does not harm it in any way.

Popis projektu

The object of the project is planned to be used as an ecological coworking space with the possibility of hosting various events. Users will have the opportunity to come to the coworking space, sign a rental agreement for a workstation or a meeting room for the desired time. If desired, they can also use the available computers, Starlink wireless internet, and other necessary equipment. Additionally, the coworking space will have designated workstations without computers so that some clients can use their own laptops if needed. To accommodate lectures and other events, a small conference room will be set up, and small meeting rooms will also be arranged. The premises will include a recreational area where people can play board games or simply socialize, a café, and a kitchen where individuals can heat up their meals.

Technické informácie

The area of the premises is 427.05 square meters. The building itself was constructed in the 1970s-1980s and features a constructivist architectural style.
