Idea projektu

The project solves one of the main problems of the modern world: the lack of live communication. With the help of a communication bridge, the residents of the house can spend time together with maximum quality and pleasure. Two families can live side by side in the same house without getting fed up with each other, because each of them has a private space where they can retire and relax.

Popis projektu

The residential buildings of the house are not the same modules, suitable for everyone. These blocks reflect the character and tastes of the residents. Also, with the help of the House-Bridge project, the author plans to attract more cultural figures from small towns with a great history. It is necessary to prevent such places from withering away, because they have unique inhabitants, architecture and nature. The Bridge House should become a new cultural center for the city, a venue for exhibitions and art festivals.

Technické informácie

All three floors of the building are made of concrete, as it is the most durable material. The building is surrounded by a series of columns with a pitch of 5 and 6 meters, some of which are also inside the exhibition spaces. This solution allows to make a communicative terrace that connects all the blocks of the house along the northern facade
