While it does incorporate green building principles and aims to be a sustainable oasis, the main focus is to provide a comfortable and healthy living environment for industrial workers in Surabaya's Margomulyo district. This is achieved through a unique design combining green building technologies with Indonesian architectural elements, along with features like community and commercial spaces.
