Idea projektu

When i was designing this house, I based it on an urban study of the surroundings. Which means, a single-story house with a gable roof. The house was designed for a young family with four children. The older 2 children have a separate room and the youngest have a shared room.

Popis projektu

As I wrote before, the family house is designed for a family of six. It consist of one floor and a glass terrace. The floor is divided into private and public zone with technical facilities.

Technické informácie

The building is designed as a wall construction system with simple reinforced concrete foundations. They wear The structure consists of the outer walls and the central wall, which are made of ceramic moldings with a thickness of 250 mm and 300mm. Internal non-load-bearing partitions are made of a sandwich construction of plasterboard-mineral Wool plasterboard 100mm thick. The roof is designed as a saddle, with an incline of 25° and a height of 4m. It is covered with concrete Skridla. Interior surface treatment is lime plaster. The exterior facade is formed by white facade plaster.
