Streets and pedestrian pathways follow gentle, flowing trajectories, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and creating a cohesive design. Additionally, wave-shaped green spaces and parks are interspersed throughout the compound, offering recreational areas that promote a healthy lifestyle. The compound includes a variety of key components. Residential units, consisting of a mix of apartments and villas, are designed with wave-inspired elements to offer diverse housing options. A commercial hub with wave-shaped roofs and facades provides retail, dining, and office spaces, fostering local business growth.
