The project focuses on redesigning a community space to foster sociability, comfort, and sustainability through strategic spatial planning and programming. It integrates diverse functions such as plant nurseries, children’s workshops, bike lanes, picnic areas, and a glass house, all mapped to encourage active public engagement. The design encourages imageability and intimacy by introducing artistic installations, public art, trees for shade and enclosure, and interactive areas for families, kids, and plant vendors. The scope covers both aesthetic and functional goals to serve all user groups — children, families, the elderly, and plant lovers — creating a lively yet calming urban retreat.

Technically, the project is built around a structured zoning strategy shown in the site’s master plan, which includes main and secondary paths, bike lanes, and clearly defined zones for various activities. Spatial qualification is achieved through principles of sociability, imageability, intimacy, and enclosure.
