2ool ameme is an Egyptian startup company specializing in the design and development of social games—ranging from traditional card and board games to digital games and mobile applications. The company aims to enhance social interaction among friends and families in a fun and innovative way. 2ool ameme was officially founded in 2020 by Sara Abou El-Kheir and Abdelrahman Selim. The initial idea emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the goal of creating entertaining games to help people pass time and stay connected during lockdown. The company’s main objective is to offer enjoyable games that align with Arab culture, especially Egyptian culture, making them ideal for gatherings and social occasions. Their games are typically light, easy to understand, and suitable for both adults and children, bringing people together through engaging and playful experiences. In addition to ready-made games, 2ool ameme also provides customized game solutions for companies, marketing campaigns, and corporate entertainment events.

Project description

The 2ool Ameme project is an innovative retail space designed to translate the brand’s identity into a unique architectural and customer experience. The design concept is inspired by the visual elements of the brand and its product packaging, transforming them into a dynamic interior environment that reflects the company’s values and strengthens its connection with customers. The project goes beyond the traditional retail model by creating an interactive destination that combines shopping, engagement, and brand storytelling within a contemporary setting. The interior design features bold geometric forms, dynamic lines, and carefully planned spatial arrangements that guide visitors through the store while maintaining a strong visual identity. Product display areas are strategically positioned to maximize visibility and accessibility, while interactive zones encourage customers to explore and engage with the brand in a more meaningful way. Comfortable seating areas and customer service spaces further enhance the overall visitor experience. A mezzanine level is incorporated into the design to maximize the use of available space and accommodate additional functions such as administrative offices, staff areas, or private meeting spaces. This vertical organization improves operational efficiency while maintaining an open and visually connected environment throughout the store. The project utilizes a vibrant color palette inspired by the brand identity, with red serving as the dominant color to symbolize energy, confidence, and excitement. Complementary lighting effects in blue and purple tones create a modern atmosphere and add depth to the interior spaces. Contemporary materials such as metal finishes, glass elements, illuminated display systems, and reflective surfaces are used to enhance the visual appeal and reinforce the futuristic character of the design. Special attention is given to lighting design, which plays a key role in highlighting architectural features, emphasizing product displays, and creating an engaging customer journey. The combination of ambient, accent, and decorative lighting helps establish a memorable atmosphere while directing movement throughout the space.

The project consists of a ground floor and a mezzanine level, designed to maximize space efficiency while maintaining visual connectivity between different functional areas. The layout follows an open-plan concept that ensures smooth circulation, clear wayfinding, and easy access to product display zones. The design incorporates modern materials such as coated metal panels, glass elements, illuminated display units, and reflective surfaces to create a sophisticated and visually engaging atmosphere. A comprehensive lighting system is implemented, including ambient, accent, and decorative lighting, to enhance spatial quality, highlight products, and emphasize key architectural features. The project also integrates custom-designed furniture and display systems that support the brand identity while maintaining flexibility and functionality. The store includes several functional zones, such as product display areas, customer interaction spaces, seating zones, service counters, storage facilities, and administrative offices. Special attention has been given to ergonomics, accessibility, and operational efficiency to ensure a comfortable experience for both customers and staff. Technical drawings, space planning, 3D modeling, and visualization were developed using professional design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and rendering engines like V-Ray The overall objective is to create a modern retail environment that effectively represents the brand, enhances customer engagement, and delivers a memorable shopping experience.
