The project features a modern multi-story building with distinctive curved, flowing floor plates that create sweeping balconies and terraces on each level. The ground floor appears to house commercial and retail spaces with generous glazing, while upper floors feature office or residential uses. The design integrates greenery on terraces and is set within an urban streetscape with palm trees and landscaping.

The Office Building is designed as a contemporary workplace environment featuring a stepped massing strategy that creates a series of accessible outdoor terraces and green spaces across multiple levels. The building utilizes a reinforced concrete structural system with large-span floor plates to provide flexible office layouts. Extensive glazing enhances natural daylight penetration and visual connectivity, while recessed terraces contribute to passive shading and improved thermal performance. Landscape elements are integrated throughout the building to promote user well-being and strengthen the relationship between architecture and nature.
