Project idea

The design concept is inspired by topographic lines, translating the natural flow of desert landscapes into organic, curved forms creating a continuous dialogue between architecture and nature. The ethnic style reflects the local identity of Fayoum.

A boutique hotel located in Wadi El Rayan, Fayoum, near the Magic Lake. The design translates topographic desert lines into organic curved architectural forms, creating a continuous dialogue between architecture and nature. The ethnic style reflects the local identity of Fayoum, incorporating local materials and a warm earth-toned color scheme. The project includes ground floor and mezzanine levels with spaces including a café and various hotel amenities.

Technical information

The project includes a ground floor plan and mezzanine plan at 1:100 scale, and a section (A-A') at 1:50 scale. The design features zoning diagrams for ground floor and mezzanine levels, a matrix bubble diagram for spatial relationships, and a material and color scheme palette with earth tones. AI-assisted room design visualizations show interior spaces with arched openings, ethnic decorative elements, and natural materials.
