A travel and outdoor equipment store combined with administrative offices, creating a strong connection between retail and workspace, targeting young professionals, travelers, adventure seekers, and outdoor sports enthusiasts.

Project description

The project is located in Sheikh Zayed City near Smart Village, a modern urban district located west of Cairo. The site supports a mixed-use project combining a travel and outdoor equipment store on the ground floor with administrative offices on the upper floor. The design draws inspiration from nature and wilderness themes, incorporating organic curved forms and natural materials like stone and wood. The interior features a rugged, adventure-oriented aesthetic with elements such as rock formations, natural textures, and camping/outdoor gear displays. The ground floor plan includes retail display areas, while the mezzanine provides additional commercial and office space. The design targets residents of Sheikh Zayed and October areas.
