Elaris Hotel Design

Project idea

The project is inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and the natural landscape of Montazah in Alexandria. The design is based on the concept of Sea-Inspired Organic Flow, where curved forms and fluid spaces reflect the movement of waves and the organic flow of nature. This concept creates a strong connection between the hotel and its coastal environment while providing a sense of comfort and relaxation.

Project description

The hotel is designed in a Modern Contemporary style that combines modern simplicity with current design trends. The design features clean lines, neutral colors, and natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal. Well-lit spaces and elegant interiors create a comfortable and functional environment that enhances the guest experience while maintaining a sophisticated and contemporary character.

Technical information

The project is a hotel located in the Montazah area of Alexandria, near the artificial lake and the Mediterranean coast. The location offers distinctive sea views and a calm natural environment that combines water, sand, sea breeze, and coastal plants. Montazah is one of the most important tourist destinations in Alexandria due to its green spaces, historical buildings near Montazah Palace, and pleasant climate. The project includes a Ground Floor Plan and a First Floor Plan designed at a scale of 1:100. It also includes two architectural sections designed at a scale of 1:50 to illustrate the interior spaces, levels, and structural relationships within the building.
