Technical information

The primary materials encountered during deconstruction include structural elements like timber , steel , concrete, and masonry. The structural system combines reinforced concrete elements with long-span steel components to accommodate large open spaces within the lobby, lounge, and communal areas. Extensive glazed façades maximize natural lighting and establish strong visual connections with the surrounding landscape, while integrated shading elements reduce solar heat gain and improve environmental performance. Interior spaces incorporate green walls, indoor planting systems, and water features that contribute to indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and occupant well-being.
