The farmhouse is a project based on imagination and has not been implemented on the ground. I designed it inside a farmhouse as the initial idea of the project is based on the shape of an ax and pickaxe, and I was also inspired by the design of the balcony from the shape of the ground comb.
Since the project is based on imagination, I assumed that the area of the farm on which this villa is based is 7500 square meters and that the total area of the house is 350 square meters, as the facade is 25 square meters and the hostel is 14 square meters consisting of two floors, the ground floor is a place for entertainment and seating and contains Kitchen, indoor pool and back barbecue area. As for the first floor, it contains two master bedrooms, a main bathroom and a kitchenette, and a small interior garden housing the kitchen and the two rooms
I used white porcelain, Heating ground, natural ventilation, natural wood and dark gray as the main and basic colors for the design of the project. Because the farmer at the end of his day should take a rest in a comfortable and beautiful house that contains comfort tools, and listen to calm music and fresh greenery.
Thank you for your submission Majed.
What a beautiful building.
However, even though you mentioned that this building is placed in a fictional context, I would recommend that you provide more information on this fictional context. (where is it located, what is the climate, what does the farmer farm?) A building has a very special relationship with its context. The most appropriate buildings respond, comment, challenge, enhance and celebrate their contextes. But it can only have a relationship with a context if it has one.
It is also important to note that a context not only refers to physical topographic location but includes the historical, emotional, cultural, climatic, socio-economic etc. contextes.
It would also strongly suggest that you provide more information on the building. Include plans, sections and elevations. What would you like to communicate with your presentation? Use your drawings and images to communicate that message. Show the natural ventilation strategies and the greenery you refer to. Images and drawings are how we as architects communicate. It will also be interesting to see your design process and thinking behind the design. Consider including some concept sketches.
All the best.
