From the conducted analysis, the case mainly found on Rwandan markets or commercial centers like those shops selling clothes, shoes, cosmetics, people like to move seeking for cheap products and for that purpose, it is remarked that they buy after accomplishing a long distance. (Moving there, coming back, going there) The tower is located in the current commercial building district Kigali city, Nyarugenge district, Nyarugenge sector. The place was chosen because most of the people coming in the city center pass through the site either going on their jobs or simply shopping as it holds many shops and kiosks. Project aim The Aim of the project was to develop a complete design for urban infill multipurpose building in the analyzed site.
