The project contains: a research center - technical workshops for solar cells and their control - a service part containing (material stores - generator stores - building tools) - a solar cell farm already available on the ground in New Mansoura in Egypt - a conference hall that accommodates 700 people - a research part containing It has lecture rooms and educational rooms - an administrative part - a restaurant - a residential part for researchers.
