I really appreciate the form and colors you have used. It reflects technology and science by itself. The panels and the renderings attracted me a lot. As a whole, I really like this futuristic design. I have a few more concerns that I did not see through your panels. How about the contextual response, how do you going to match the building with the surrounding? Highlighting or merging? Play with the building's heights; the interior spaces could have some height differences, mezzanines, or double, or triple heights. I like the way you have segregated the whole mass. You could also add more innovative integrations such as design elements for daylight integration, passive methods to maintain thermal comfort, more public access outside of the building, and Using the same spaces for different and shared functions. How do you open the waterfront to the people? Maybe you can extend up to the water. How do you create access to the water, visually and physically? But as a whole, the plan form, how it focuses on the main spaces, and how the functions are distributed from the main core space to the other levels are perfect.
