The idea of the project is to satisfy the housing solution needed in Ethiopia and the high demand of apartment by providing a comfortable space with efficient use of energy for light and ventilation with the integration of passive systems and sustainable components
THE PROJECT mainly consist of apartment units with 3 and 2 bedrooms plus 2 floors left for commercial use has the ability to integrated different functional areas from institutions to recreational areas. The concept is briefly described in the pdf file
the construction of the building is the usual rigid frame system has 2 basement for parking purpose there will be integrated green structure system like green roof and facades
