The idea of the project is to satisfy the housing solution needed in Ethiopia and the high demand of apartment by providing a comfortable space with efficient use of energy for light and ventilation with the integration of passive systems and sustainable components

THE PROJECT mainly consist of apartment units with 3 and 2 bedrooms plus 2 floors left for commercial use has the ability to integrated different functional areas from institutions to recreational areas. The concept is briefly described in the pdf file
