Project idea

-The project is conceptualized as a great threshold being a start or a beginning of a new revolution and a change for the sector and its inhabitants -Mainly to achieve connection and continuity between the axis of avenue de leon de greiff and the beach responding to its surrounding apples and distributing and attracting the inhabitants of the sector -It is projected in the form of an X because this provides the possibility of generating two places, one starting and another end to connect the project with the museum from antioquia and plazuela de zea respectively, additional generates two entries that respond to roads that surround the project.

This project was specially designed to be a building for the fourth industrial revolution which is about to be discovered and which is being treated therefore it is sought that this project has many gestures from the public space and the importance of its location because it is the center of the city of medellin and also has historical constraints over time that with this it seeks to pedestrianize much of the city center and that it is a building for all users and not just a few
