Dear Sir or Madam,
This is a typical example of a mixed-used suburban service building. Despite its decent synergy between the program and the shape, the building does not offer the highest level of architectural innovation in terms of design, spatial thinking, and materiality. The lack of submitted technical drawings makes it difficult to offer a more detailed evaluation. Moreover, the project does not reveal sufficient integration into the urban context.
