La idea se basa en recrear la plaza Wenceslao ubicada en Praga, y generar un sentido de pertenencia e identidad, tanto para los trabajadores de la embajada como para todo visitante de Republica Checa
Dicha plaza se utiliza como elemento ordenador de los volumenes que comprenden el conjunto, siendo interrumpida unicamente por un volumen de grandes dimensiones asemejandose al congreso nacional con el que remata la Plaza Wenceslao en Praga
Las estructuras seran de H° A° con una piel envolvente metalica vinculada a la estructura. La envolvente sera transparente materializada por un doble vidriado hermetico con sistema spyder
