The architecture creates spaces where elderly individuals can share their knowledge, practice crafts, and interact with different generations, reinforcing their sense of purpose and value. By integrating community-oriented programs, the project generates a lasting social impact, turning aging into a phase of contribution, connection, and meaningful participation.

Technical information

The environmental concept of the project is based on green roofs, vertical and horizontal shading devices, and integrated greenery. These elements improve air quality, reduce heat gain, and support a zero-carbon footprint strategy.
