Project idea

Oura Boutique Hotel explores the dialogue between History and Contemporary Design , creating spatial hospitality experience where past and present coexist in harmony with in the context of Montazah, Alexanderia, Egypt. Inspired by the ancient Greek symbol of the Ouroboros.

Project description

The project represent the reuse of load bearing walls it consists of two floors the first one represent reception, Couryard, lobby, library, and glass extension for cafe . second floor represent the restaurant for the boutique hotel .

Technical information

Existing architecture heritage is preserved and celebrated through Materials: the integration of reflective glass structures, coloured metal elements. white limestone , and natural textured surface. lighting : soft daylight, reflective surfaces, warm ambient resembling sunset over the mediterranean
