Direction Beirut to become a sustainable regional hub through ports’ ventures, facilities and consequently industry. This occurs by:
1-Improving industry by increasing value of goods by processing factories.
2-Develop trade through port capacity and efficiency of terminals to be mother container.
3-Attract locals and tourists through entertainment, commercial, and cultural
This project consists of two main parts. Firstly, the tourism area which consists of Marina bay, shops , transportation hub, Memorial park , Multigenerational center , hotel , conventional center and the passenger terminal
Most of the buildings in the port are constructed by skeleton systems
except for the multigenerational center , the passenger terminal and the warehouses
Cette esquisse peut servir de base au projet principal, mais il est trop tôt pour juger de l'idée finale, car, à mon avis, la solution proposée est tout à fait conceptuelle. Parmi les points que j'aimerais corriger, il y a la direction du boulevard piétonnier, qui ne devrait pas seulement aller d'un objet visuel à des sites intéressants, mais aussi arriver quelque part. Ce projet n'a pas de point de départ et d'arrivée aussi clair. C'est pourquoi il donne l'impression d'un contexte "déchiré".
