La tour, la bande muséale et les plateaux culturels créent ensemble une silhouette forte et une figure reconnaissable pour la ville. En même temps, j'ai l'impression que le projet se situe encore quelque part entre le paysage et le bâtiment. À certains endroits, la surface continue fonctionne bien, mais ailleurs, elle commence à brouiller la façon dont les différentes parties du programme sont organisées et comment un visiteur est censé se déplacer à travers elles. La relation entre le parcours muséal narratif, le pôle créatif et les zones de théâtre pourrait être clarifiée plus explicitement en plan et en coupes, non seulement dans la forme générale. Sur le plan structurel, la proposition est très ambitieuse. Les grandes portées, les coquilles à double courbure et l'élément vertical de la tour ont besoin d'une idée structurelle plus claire derrière eux – ce qui supporte quoi, où vont les charges, comment ces formes pourraient être réalistes construites. Dans un projet de cette taille, la logique de la construction fait partie de l'architecture, et non pas seulement une considération technique secondaire.
Compte tenu du climat, je m'attendrais également à une couche plus forte de réflexion environnementale. La façon dont le bâtiment suit le terrain aide déjà à l'ombrage et à la protection, mais des stratégies plus précises de contrôle du soleil, de ventilation naturelle et de confort extérieur rendraient le complexe plus enraciné dans son contexte, non seulement formellement mais aussi dans l'utilisation.
Mon conseil est de clarifier la façon dont les différentes parties du programme sont organisées à l'intérieur de la forme continue, en particulier la connexion entre le musée narratif, le pôle créatif et les zones de théâtre, afin que l'itinéraire du visiteur devienne plus intuitif. Je vous encouragerais également à définir un concept structurel clair pour les grandes portées et coquilles, et à approfondir davantage les aspects réactifs au climat, avec des stratégies d'ombrage et de ventilation plus précises qui répondent directement aux conditions locales.

The project features a narrating museum that revives the history of the place that blends into a beacon that holds an exhibition floor, restaurants, café, observation deck and the beacon light bulb which lights both the sea and the lake which are on opposite sides. Also adapting the creation of a new form of flexible theatres that pays homage to the old beacon and highlights its historical significance while being blended with the site. The project features a creative hub offering a range of workshops in art, technology, media, and sciences to entertain the regular influx of visitors to the city. This hub serves as a platform for creative expression and innovation, promoting engagement and learning in these fields.

The mega structure is made of several construction methods as each form needs a unique construction method. the narrating museum is made of steel columns and space truss, the theatre is made of shell- like structure which is a space truss resting on concrete foundation, the creative hub is made from post-tension slabs with steel columns and a space truss room
