La première impression est qu'il y a beaucoup d'éléments linéaires (verticalement et horizontalement), et le lettrage du nom du bâtiment doit être plus équilibré (simple et pas trop). L'énoncé " Incubateur d'entreprises pour améliorer l'économie locale de la ville " doit s'accompagner d'un plus grand espace ouvert pour la communauté locale. L'ouverture peut être liée à l'organisation du paysage afin qu'elle ne semble pas se limiter à elle-même (exclusive). Le principe d'ordonnancement et l'achèvement du toit dans le plan du site en vue de dessus sont bien réalisés. Cependant, la distribution des espaces verts est encore mineure, de sorte que le site semble dominé par l'" espace gris ". La recherche de la volumétrie est représentative, mais l'intervention extérieure doit être envisagée.
