RUS SUR

Project idea

Life in surreal times. Time has disappeared. Moscow is mired in endless cultivation, behind which no shortcomings are visible. Living here today plunges me into an endless trance in which no important changes can be noticed. The diploma project is dedicated to Moscow today. For a year I worked with the Tagansky district. The physical boundaries of the Tagansky district are natural. These are rivers and the Sadovoye K. The area is perceived as being as far away from the city center as possible, although geographically it is very close. There is no large business here, nor is there a sufficient amount of living space. The Tagansky district is under pressure from its overloaded past.

Project description

To solve the problem of the area, I propose to create a building complex with mediacenter on the site of an abandoned wasteland behind the Taganka Theater. This site will be an organic development of the theater, which will revive this area of attraction, as well as create new residential units.

Technical information

The project is divided into two zones: on the lower level there is a mediacenter and a landscaped park. The park is designed to be inclusive, it borders between the exterior and interior spaces and represents different architectural spaces inside the media center there is an experimental theater, which, due to its transformable design, can be used for different purposes. Load-bearing vertical structures - walls are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete. Also columns of monolithic reinforced concrete are used, with a cross-section of 300x300, 400x400 mm 600x600. The pitch of the load-bearing columns is from 7 m to 14 m. Also, the load-bearing vertical structures of the above-ground part (at the 0.000 mark) are the volumes of the above-standing residential buildings. On the second level there are urban estates inspired by local buildings and mutations of its stagnation. The residential building has a combined bridge, frame-wall. structural system. A frame-braced system is used. The material of the non-existent structures is reinforced concrete. concrete of class B45 in compressive strength, grades W4 (above-ground part) and W8 (underground part) in water resistance, frost resistance class F150, reinforcement - rod, hot-rolled periodic profile class A500C and smooth - A240.
