Project description

Pavilion zones likely refer to designated areas or sections within a pavilion, which is a large building or structure used for various events, exhibitions, or gatherings. Some possible examples of pavilion zones include: 1. Exhibition zones: areas for displaying products, artwork, or other exhibits. 2. Food and beverage zones: sections offering catering services, restaurants, or snack bars. 3. Performance zones: stages or areas for live performances, concerts, or shows. 4. Meeting and conference zones: areas for business meetings, seminars, or conferences. 5. Interactive zones: spaces for hands-on activities, workshops, or demonstrations.

Technical information

there are two main choices PVC (poly vinyl chloride) coated polyester cloth and PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluro Ethlene) (Teflon) coated glass cloth. General term for form-ac-tive structures that are double-curvature pretensioned structural fabrics,foils or cable nets.

Pavillon Manta

Le pavillon Meta présente un design frappant et innovant, fusionnant efficacement la fluidité de la raie manta avec la forme solide des montagnes. Les ailes dynamiques du pavillon, inspirées de la raie manta, créent un sentiment de mouvement, tandis que les éléments structurels ancrés dans les formes des montagnes transmettent force et permanence. J'apprécie particulièrement la façon dont le pavillon s'intègre à son emplacement unique dans l'oasis de Siwa - l'utilisation de matériaux locaux et de principes de conception durable est louable. Les choix techniques, tels que le polyester enduit de PVC et le tissu de verre enduit de PTFE, garantissent la qualité esthétique et l'intégrité structurelle de la conception. Toutefois, je suggérerais d'explorer davantage la façon dont les espaces intérieurs interagissent avec le climat du désert, en examinant peut-être plus en détail la façon dont la ventilation naturelle ou les stratégies d'ombrage sont intégrées dans la conception. Le pavillon Meta semble être un projet bien pensé qui équilibre l'inspiration naturelle avec des techniques architecturales de pointe, offrant à la fois la beauté et la fonction dans un contexte durable.
