Project idea

The idea of this project is a symbiosis of man and nature, to unload human labor activity and let you relax from the urban routine. Relaxing in the fresh air with beautiful views of the mountainous terrain, as well as the sea surface. Unloading yourself from the concrete jungle. The main concept of improvement was the preservation of the proper territory. Creation of a central open terrace with a swimming pool, beach volleyball, a small parking space, the creation of an exit and entrance to the underground parking, an area for unloading products, the main entrance group and the logical construction of traffic on the territory of the hotel, the creation of paths around the building, giving access to any part of the building. Landscaping of the territory is the spread of stone boulders and trees throughout the territory, the planting of new plants, which helped to dilute the color of vegetation and the compositional solution of landscaping. The technical regulations, which are in force on an international form and approve the requirements for fire safety, state that through passages in buildings and structures must have a width equal to or greater than 3.50 meters, and the height, taking into account the height of a standard fire engine, must be at least 4.25 meters. Project description

Looking at the project, you can see how clear lines turn into softness and smoothness. Just like the ridge of the mountains pass into the sea harbor. On the facades there are also hexagonal stained glass windows that filled the facade with sky-blue light, drawing an analogy with the sea. And on the side facades there are wooden partitions, are in shape an analogue of the mountainous terrain, and the texture with nature. It is necessary to take into account the panoramic perception of the territory, the entire territory is located with a slight slope, which makes it possible to make a multi-level building, because leveling the territory is a more difficult process. The conceptual solution of the project is the relief of the territory and the environment, starting with the creation of a typological form of the building, it was decided to create several levels of development based on the relief of the territory. The design of the structure attaches several parts, the graphic relief of the mountains, which repeat the side facades of the building, turning into smooth forms, personifying the transition to the water surface. The connecting element and supporting the concert was the creation of stained glass elements on the main facade and wooden partitions on the side facades.

Technical information

On the basement floor there is a fitness complex, a laundry room, a children's room, access to the open area, beauty salons, engineering rooms, underground parking, elevators and stairs for climbing to the first floor, elevators. The structural scheme of the building is frameless, with load-bearing pillars and longitudinal walls The stability of the building is ensured by the mutual connection of the reinforced concrete ceiling, retaining pillars with load-bearing walls.
